Halloween Fun at the Ronald McDonald House

Halloween Fun at the Ronald McDonald House

There’s nothing more rewarding and powerful than giving back and positively impacting lives. Giving back through community participation provides one with an active, living experience of compassion, selflessness, and love for humanity. A handful of FortuneBuilders were able to gain such an experience this past weekend by hosting a dinner at the San Diego Ronald McDonald House for families with children being treated at Rady’s Children’s Hospital. These 11 enthusiastic individuals provided a “home away from home” experience with Halloween arts and crafts, entertainment provided by Melissa Pulte, and a hot, delicious meal. With only 11 people, we were able to cook dinner for 200 individuals and set up a crafts station with masks and candy, in a matter of an hour! To make it an even more memorable night, Melissa shared her angelic voice with us and performed for the families during dinner! It was truly a fulfilling experience to have been able to provide such an enjoyable evening for these wonderful families while doing it alongside an amazing group of people. Keep crushing it FortuneBuilders!
