One of FortuneBuilders very own is partnering up with the Pencils of Promise organization to make an impact on kids all throughout the world by helping provide them with an opportunity for an education.

I remember being on the playground, picking out my favorite library book, studying for tests and walking across the stage at graduation. With the hope of a promise of a bright future in a big world, I was ready to do big things.

I think about those that do not even have the opportunity to learn to read and write. They are so unaware of their potential all because they do not have a place to learn. I am fully committed to changing our world and if I want to make that impact, we have to start with the kids of the world. We must allow them to learn and grow and run and play. We have to watch them stretch their boundaries and knowledge so our world can continue to be filled with Science, Math, Inventors, Teachers, Writers, and Entrepreneurs.

That is why for my upcoming birthday I am joining Pencils of Promise to make an impact on our world and allow the kids, this world, our world to do big things. I am asking you, as a fellow Mastery Student, to consider donating and being a part of the change!

Pencils of Promise works with communities across the globe to build schools and create programs that provide education opportunities for children, no matter where they were born, or what resources they have. Pencils of Promise has broken ground on over 200 schools throughout Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos.

Education is a cause that’s truly important to me, so I’m excited to join the Pencils of Promise movement that empowers lives around the world by increasing access to quality education for children in the developing world.
